With more than 35 years working in various roles within the real estate industry and completing over $2 billion in transactions, Jay Ziv has built an impeccable reputation as an expert in land acquisition and assemblage; industrial and investment properties; as well as, use-specific, affordable housing and multi-family projects. He specializes in long term, complicated value-add transactions.  In addition to conventional land sales, Jay also specializes in unique sales such as agricultural, rock mining, brown field and wetlands, to name a few. Jay was chosen as a “Top Industrial Producer”, “Top Producer Overall” and “Realtor Associate of the Year” by the Realtor Association of Miami and The Beaches.  He was ranked among Miami’s Top 20 Power Brokers by CoStar group. Prior to joining Avison Young, Jay was a Partner at Colliers International South Florida. Within this capacity, Jay was also head of Colliers Land Services Group nationally.  Jay previously worked for Grubb & Ellis, First Commercial and had his own company, Commercial Real Estate Corporation, based in Miami.
Jay also owned and operated an art gallery for 14 years in Coral Gables. The gallery featured the art of Marcie Ziv, Jay’s wife, whose work is known both locally and internationally.
